Patents, trials and tests performed
Our PBS-A system is patented in countries like Spain, in part of the European Union, in the USA, China, South Korea, Switzerland, Russia and others.
These patents provide PBS-A Labs with a competitive advantage in many sectors and enable it to continue to develop and expand its technology continuously.
During these years of development, PBS-A Labs has obtained a series of functional prototypes installed in various vehicles operating in Spain and Europe since December 2016. After those years, the PBS-A system has shown excellent efficiency, safety and operation, none of the vehicles have had any problems, and it has shown great progress and reliability in the PBS-A system. These fully functional prototypes guarantee the reliability of our system, which is reinforced by the many patents it has achieved, its innovation and the technology developed by PBS-A Labs, S.L.
The following are, among many other projects developed by the company, some of the vehicles that have installed the PBS-A system and are currently in circulation, as well as other vehicles that have temporarily introduced the system for testing:
- Mercedes CLA 200d Auto (2017), PBS-A installed in December 2017: 120.000 km.
- Audi A3 2.0 TDI (2016), PBS-A installed in August 2017: 72.000 km.
- Alfa Romeo Mito (2016), PBS-A installed in March 2017: 78.000 km.
- Mercedes CLA 200d (2015), PBS-A installed in February 2017: 20.000 km.
- BMW 116d (2016), PBS-A installed in February 2017: 5.000 km.
- Hyundai i30 (2015), PBS-A installed in June 2017: 10.000 km.
- Alfa Romero 159 2.4JTD (2009), PBS-A installed in February 2017: 15.000 km.
- Alfa Romeo 156 1.9JTD (2005), PBS-A installed in June 2017: 20.000 km.
- Citroën Berlingo 1.9D (1999), PBS-A installed in February 2017: 5.000 km.
Actualmente, la empresa sigue expandiéndose y continua en pleno desarrollo, inmersa en diversos proyectos tales como vehículos eléctricos, vehículos militares, vehículos de fuerzas del orden público y sistemas energéticos para seguidores solares, entre otros. Además, la empresa se encuentra en conversaciones con más empresas del sector (como fabricantes de baterías) ampliando su abanico y aportando un gran apoyo en la transición ecológica hacia el almacenamiento de energía libre de plomo.
As for the tests and trials carried out in the different projects in which the company has participated, very satisfactory results have been obtained in terms of improved vehicle autonomy, savings in consumption, increases in peak power and reduction of battery temperature, among others.
